Compared with traditional salt spray chambers, composite salt spray test chambers, alternating salt spray test chambers, and salt spray testing machines have more practical effects on products due to cyclic corrosion such as salt spray, drying, and wet heat. As products are transported, stored, and used in dry and wet environments, accelerated corrosion testing machines should be able to simulate these environments more realistically. Moreover, foreign research has also shown that cyclic corrosion is very similar to outdoor corrosion in terms of corrosion rate, structure, and morphology, and has excellent correlation with outdoor corrosion, and is included in the commonly used testing category. More and more tests in the automotive industry require multi-step aggregation of salt spray, drying, and wet heat combined for cycling.

Adopting high-precision liquid crystal display (LCD) touch screen temperature and humidity dedicated intelligent controller to achieve precise control of temperature, humidity, and drying.

● Two pole air inlet decompression ensures stable spray pressure.

● Conical disperser on the top of spray tower, with salt spray guidance and regulation of salt spray uniformity and its sedimentation.

Complete protection functions (such as water shortage, excessive humidity, overload, etc.) and equipped with sound, alarm, and shutdown functions.

● Saturate the compressed air used for spray to ensure stable test environment conditions and effectively prevent nozzle blockage.

Equipped with a device runtime controller that automatically shuts down after the accumulated runtime.
Cabinet material

1. Test slot: 8mm high temperature resistant HCPVC plastic sheet products.

2. Test slot cover: 8mm high temperature resistant HC PVC plastic sheet product.

3. Exterior of the box: Imported PVC sheet products from South Asia with a thickness of 8mm, and a stainless steel frame is used in the middle layer to reinforce the overall firmness and load-bearing capacity of the testing machine.
4. Saturation tank: 3mm SUS # 304 stainless steel plate, with water level indicator device attached.

5. Heater: Use specially customized corrosion-resistant titanium metal electric heating tubes.

6. Air supply fan: Use a powerful multi wing air supply fan from Japan's Dongfang Motor.

7. Water pump: Use corrosion-resistant water pumps from Japan's Ebara or ITT company series.

8. Electromagnetic valve: Japanese SMC series, Taiwan Yangming SSR.
Experimental conditions

● According to GB, ISO, IEC, ASTM, DIN, JIS standards, spray test conditions can be set:

1. Salt water spray test: NSS, ACSS

Laboratory: 35 ℃± 1 ℃, saturated air tank: 47 ℃± 1 ℃.

2. Corrosion resistance test: CASS

Laboratory: 50 ℃± 1 ℃, saturated air tank: 63 ℃± 1 ℃.

● Hot air drying test

1. Test temperature range: Room temperature+10 ℃~70 ℃± 1 ℃.

2. Test humidity range: less than 30% RH.

3. Using a blower, the air inside the external temperature box of the laboratory is heated by an air heater before entering the laboratory, creating a low humidity condition inside the laboratory. The temperature of the laboratory is controlled by the heater inside the temperature box. (SSR driver)

● Damp heat test

1. Test temperature range: Room temperature+10 ℃~60 ℃± 1 ℃.

2. Test humidity range: adjustable from 60% RH to 98% RH.

3. Using steam introduction method, water is heated to generate steam, which is then introduced into the laboratory through a blower. The microcomputer processor of the IPC-1000 controller, which plays the main control role, performs micro control when the humidity reaches the required value. When the humidity exceeds the value, dry hot air is introduced to dilute the moisture and discharge the excess moisture outside the test room. Electronic parallel micro humidification system. Static room temperature adopts external air inlet cooling to keep the laboratory temperature consistent with the outdoor temperature.
